Privacy & removal
VZW Gids only shows organisation data (non-profits): name, address, website and general contact details. This page explains where that data comes from, what we measure and how to have a listing corrected or removed.
All listings are derived from the KBO/CBE Open Data of the Belgian FPS Economy, whose licence allows reuse with attribution. Data of legal entities (such as a non-profit) is not personal data under the GDPR.
Per association page we anonymously count visits and clicks on website, phone and e-mail links. We store no IP address, no browser information and no cookies — just an aggregate counter per page.
Something wrong, or would your association rather not be listed? One message is enough: we correct the listing or take it offline. Mention the name of the organisation and, if possible, the link to the page.

Some organisations use an e-mail address containing a person's name. We treat such an address as personal data: it is not used for mailings and is removed on first request (art. 14 and 17 GDPR). Contact: info@vzwgids.be.
